Know before you go
- Quad biking is a self-driving activity taken at your own risk and the activity provider’s insurance does not cover it. Any accidents or damages from the activity will be the sole responsibility of the rider and passenger. International travel insurance is recommended as self-driving activities are prone to risk, possibly leading to serious injury.
- Children under the age of 13 years old will not be allowed to self drive the quad bikes. However they may accompany an adult on a 2(two) seater buggy.
- Under 16 year olds will not be allowed to drive the buggy.
- Golden Adventure Tourism will not be held liable for any loss and/ or damage to personal items and belongings while engaged in any and all booked excursions.
- Tours are available on a sharing bases( Should you require a private tour kindly contact us for more information).
- Rates are subject to availability and change at the time of the booking
- It's advised not to eat 2-3 hours before the safari to prevent sickness during dune bashing.
- Traditional dance performances are unavailable during Ramadan and special Islamic days, as per UAE law.
- Shisha is complimentary in designated areas; extra charges for table service.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Any cancellation that takes place less than 24 hours from the date of the booked activity will be charged in full with no refunds.
- There will be no refunds for partially utilized services.
- No shows and late arrivals will result in the ticket being forfeited.
- Dropoff to the pickup point ONLY! No exceptions will be made.
- Pickup and Dropoff included ONLY within Dubai Major City (Contact us for more information should you be located outside this area).
- All tickets/ theme park tickets are non refundable.
- Golden Adventure Tourism shall not be held liable for any incident or accident that may cause harm, injury or death as a result of engaging in such activities.
