Golden Adventure Tourism will not be held liable for any loss and/ or damage to personal items and belongings while engaged in any and all booked excursions.
Tours are available on a sharing bases(Should you require a private tour kindly contact us for more information).
Identification Requirement: Please ensure that you bring a valid and original ID for verification purposes.
No hotel or residence transfer available, you are to report directly to the point of departure.
Tour times change with the seasons.
Rates are subject to availability and change at the time of the booking
There will be no refunds for partially utilized services.
No shows and late arrivals will result in the ticket being forfeited.
All tickets/ theme park tickets are non-refundable.
IMG Worlds of Adventure is committed to giving guests the best possible experience, but we regret we cannot guarantee the availability of any ride or attraction.
Please note that no food and beverages are allowed from outside the theme park.
Our attractions are not suitable for:
- Guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Guests who are in a poor state of health.
- Pregnant women.
- Guests who have a medical history of heart, back or neck problems including cardiovascular problems or high blood pressure.
- Guests who have recently undergone surgery or who have been recently unwell may be aggravated by the motion of the ride or attraction.
- Children who are unable to walk and sit upright unaided. It is not permitted for babies to be held in the arms of other riders.
A General Admission Ticket entitles you to a full day adventure in the park.
Admission for children below 1.00metres in height is free.
For the best experiences of all concerned, it is important for all guests to comply and follow instructions when using any park facility.
Tickets once purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
Black-out dates for major events will affect timings on the day of the event. This will be communicated on IMG’s website, and we will not be held responsible if this coincides with your adventure date.
Admission and use of the theme park and its facilities will be at the sole risk of the guest.
Height, weight and other safety restrictions will apply to all rides and experiences.
Some of the rides and/ or experiences may be closed for various reasons. If this coincides with your adventure date, there will be no refund or adjustments on an already issued ticket.
IMG Worlds has strict policies on misconduct and will remove guests or deny admission to guests for exhibiting any such behavior and Golden Adventure Tourism nor IMG World of Adventures will be liable for such.
Golden Adventure Tourism shall not be held liable for any incident or accident that may cause harm, injury or death as a result of engaging in such activities.
