- Golden Adventure Tourism will not be held liable for any loss and/ or damage to personal items and belongings while engaged in any and all booked excursions.
- Tours are available on a sharing bases( Should you require a private tour kindly contact us for more information).
- Identification Requirement: Please ensure that you bring a valid and original ID for verification purposes.
- No hotel or residence transfer available, you are to report directly to the point of departure.
- Our activity depends on the weather, so the stops we make might change based on the day’s weather conditions.
- You don’t need a boat license to participate.
- Wear comfortable beach clothing as your dress code.
- Our guides can’t wait for late arrivals due to time constraints.
- To drive the boat, you must be at least 18 years old.
- Kids over 6 years old can ride as passengers.
- Passengers aged 18 and above can take turns driving.
- Each boat can hold a maximum of 2 people.
- The maximum weight for a boat is 225 kilograms.
- Tour times change with the seasons.
- Pregnant women can’t participate due to health concerns.
- You’ll receive an inflatable safety vest during the safety briefing.
- Must reach our location 30 minutes before your trip time
- Rates are subject to availability and change at the time of the booking
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the experience. Any cancellation that takes place less than 48 hours from the date of the booked activity will be charged in full with no refunds.
- There will be no refunds for partially utilized services.
- No shows and late arrivals will result in the ticket being forfeited.
- All tickets/ theme park tickets are non refundable.
- Golden Adventure Tourism shall not be held liable for any incident or accident that may cause harm, injury or death as a result of engaging in such activities.
